RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: July 2026

Overview At Avrelle Beauty, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

Right to Cancel (EU Customers) As a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at avrellebeauty@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • Products that have been unsealed or used
  • IPL hair removal devices that have been activated or used, as each device contains a limited number of flashes (999,999 flashes). Any use of the device permanently reduces its total flash count and therefore its resale value. Once activated, the device cannot be accepted as a return.

For unused and unopened products, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at avrellebeauty@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the defect or damage

We will review your case and offer one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement product shipped to you at no additional cost

For defective or incorrect items, we will assess each case individually and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Situations The following are not eligible for return or refund (except where required by EU law, such as the 14-day cancellation right, or where the item is faulty):

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned after the applicable return period
  • Products not in a resaleable condition due to customer misuse
  • IPL devices that have been activated or used

Cancellations Before Dispatch Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped. (This does not affect your 14-day right to cancel after delivery for unused and unopened products, described above.)

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.
