Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
General By purchasing from Avrelle Beauty, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products. By placing an order with Avrelle Beauty, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Product Disclaimer Our IPL hair removal devices and LED therapy masks are designed for home use only. Results may vary depending on individual factors including skin tone, hair color, hair thickness, and hormonal conditions. Avrelle Beauty makes no guarantee of specific results.
Safety Warning — Read Before Use Our IPL devices are NOT suitable for:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- People with very dark skin tones (Fitzpatrick skin type VI)
- Areas with tattoos, moles, or dark spots
- People with photosensitive conditions or epilepsy
- People currently taking photosensitizing medications
- Areas near the eyes — always use the provided safety goggles
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in skin irritation, burns, or other adverse reactions. By purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read and understood these warnings.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
However, due to the hygienic nature and product integrity of our IPL hair removal devices, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Each IPL device contains a limited number of flashes (999,999 flashes). Any use of the device permanently reduces its total flash count and therefore its resale value. Once activated, the device cannot be accepted as a return, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
The right of withdrawal applies only to unused products in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at avrellebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avrelle Beauty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. This includes but is not limited to skin irritation, burns, allergic reactions, or any other adverse effects resulting from improper use of our products.
Avrelle Beauty is not a medical company and our products are not medical devices. If you have any skin conditions or medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
No Medical Advice Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice. Our products are cosmetic devices intended for aesthetic purposes only.
Force Majeure Avrelle Beauty shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, or supplier issues.
Indemnification By purchasing from Avrelle Beauty, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avrelle Beauty, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our products.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
